I highly recommend Russo's for your outdoor power supplies!!! John and Mike went above and beyond to help us fix a warranty issue that was purchased from a different store that did not do their job. Russo's took care of us and our Toro Snowblower. We are so pleased and will continue to do business with Russo's! Thanks guys!!

So far so good, they had the parts I ran over when my trimmer decided to 💩 the bed. She was nice by the service desk, sales I ignored me, I looked like an idiot anyways. Decent sales floor, seems to be similar equipment the big teams use to over compact your lawn running it 3x faster than it should but, my worries have been address in less than 24 hours they ordered our parts and had an estimate 100 dollars lower than I thought it would be. Not bad all. Our friends seem to work on everything except maybe your sawsall

We dealt with Terry and Jenny. They are best! I usually don't take the time to leave a review, but this business was exceptional. They were the friendliest and most professional salespeople we have ever worked with. Terry was able to answer all our questions and tell us the pros and cons of all the makes and models that they sell. Terry helped us determine the size of mower we needed for the acreage that we were mowing. He clearly explained the maintenance schedule and the warranty coverage. A great experience from an exceptional business!

Best price around on a harder to find mower. Terry was busy but made time for everyone that walked in and phone calls! They had some good financing available if needed but decided to buy outright and delivered. Thanks Terry and AE Outdoor Power

Well so far its been a real good customer experience. I ordered a Ariens Compact and when I received it today I thought everything was ok, until I opened the already-opened box. parts of the engine are missing! ugh... I contacted Jason at the customer service department at AE Outdoor Power. at first he was just going to send me the missing parts, but in the end he's sending me a whole different machine. I just have to rebox the machine and wait for them to send a freight company to pick this bad machine up. Then it ships back to AE Outdoor Sports, then Jason has to physically look at the machine, all before I get a replacement machine! Good thing it's late September and not mid December!! let's hope this next Ariens is whole!! stay tuned...Posted this on social media as well. Update: Jason did actually send me the replacement faster than what he first said. And the new snowblower came whole, everything is there as it should be. I did call the manufacturer directly and told them my story and Ariens called this dealer to make sure the replacement would be sent out in a timely matter and in untouched condition.
